I have had bad service in the past and I am happy to say that Shane, at the Cancellation Centre (4/11/2014) has changed my perception of this network provider. He was polite, professional and tried his best to change my mind about cancelling (It was a contract I had for one of my kids, it wasn’t because of bad service). Wjilst he was checking up I was impressed at how he musti tasked searching and chatting to me so that it didn’t feel like I was waiting. A pleasant experience. Well done Shane and Cell C.
