I just want to thank you so much for all your efforts in getting our claim approved and sorted out. The insurance company has been incredible. They were there first thing on Monday morning, again on Monday afternoon, and when I requested them to come as early as possible, as I was needing to return to Johannesburg, they came that day. It is seldom that such good service is offered in any field these days, let alone an insurance claim! I am highly impressed, and so glad that you have suggested them as our insurer.

I must compliment the Swisssure and MUA teams on the professional and timely manner of the processing of the insurance claim for the break in last month . The Funds were received on Friday and were settled within 24 hours of the Claim being submitted to Swisssure . The Loss of property was distressing and frustrating but thanks to the rapid handling of the claim we have been able to re-purchase her phone and I-Pad immediately before she travelled on Saturday night .
Can i just comend MUA on the service delivery of this claim, the service was empecable from the start, the communication was prompt and not once did I have to call in for feedback. I really appreciate that. Please thank all parties involved.
I would just like to take this opportunity to congratulate your organisation on the excellent assistance I recently received from Byron Brown on a high profile clients claim . Our client had been held up and his watch and wedding ring had been taken of him at gun point which as you can imagine was traumatic . The claim was registered as soon as our client brought it to my attention and Byron went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that his claim experience went smoothly . Right down to the point where in he had got a Jeweller in Johannesburg to have sourced the stolen items , to meet with our client and now deliver the said items to our client . This client is the divisional CEO of a large organization . Our client was so impressed with Byron’s assistance that he didn’t even request that the business get placed with this chain and is just blown away by this awesome service . This week I made 2 claims Please may I say that I am more than impressed with the speed and the efficiency with which the matter has been settled. Know that it is hugely appreciated and we will DEFINITELY be advertising your outstanding service to our friends and family. Stories abound of how long a claim can be dragged out for, causing great inconvenience to the client for losses /damage incurred while the claim is being decided. My own brother in law is in this exact position. I will be delighted to inform him of our experience with MUA. Like most people we pay our insurance premiums religiously never really fully appreciating the benefits afforded to us. Having never really had the need to call on our insurance company, other than the odd bumper bashing, this whole ordeal has been a real eye opener for us. The morning after our traumatic and brutal home invasion, one isn't really thinking straight as there are so many issues and lose ends to address. You do know that an insurance call needs to happen as a matter of priority. It took one call to our broker. Within just a few hours Peter, who lives and works in Cape Town, magically appeared at our doorstep in Johannesburg. With his calm, gentle and kind demeanor he took us through the process slowly and prioritized our immediate needs (like cell phones and counseling).He ensured we weren't feeling like we were rushed through the claim process and checked in at every stage regarding our well-being. Particularly in the initial stages it was so important for us getting the cell phones and counseling in order that we begin to start the process of returning our broken lives back to normal. Additionally one here's horror stories from people regarding the claim process after an event like this. Our experience was quite the opposite. It's our opinion that companies and their brand are built around great employees who put their hearts and souls into what they do. Peter is one such employee and as a result the MUA brand is something we highly regard at this point. As an example our neighbors who were intricately involved in our ordeal are busy reviewing their insurance provider.The MUA brand is something we continue to highly endorse. Typically people only communicate regarding negative issues, but in this case my wife and I feel it appropriate that we highlight customer service which went above and beyond. Our heartfelt thanks to Peter and the team at MUA.
Our son had the misfortune of being mugged and stabbed on Sunday evening. We would like to thank all your staff who have been so kind in assisting with locksmiths etc . The care package has been so very helpful . It is such a wonderful idea. A special thank you please to the team who helped me and to the kind gentleman who delivered the package. The case landed on Peter Higgins desk and the matter was dealt with urgency and we were shortly settled. We were robbed again on the 9th Feb, and I contacted Peter again and he has shown nothing but full commitment to expedite this process as quickly as possible I come from a service background, . After the dreadful experience of losing our home, we both dreaded the insurance battle we were certain would follow. We couldn't have been more wrong. Being a victim of a robbery recently, I was most fortunate to have Mr Peter Higgins assigned as the Loss Adjuster. These days it is rare to have a person with Peters skills and professionalism in any company. He has definitely created a very positive image about MUA. When you deal with these rare and talented individuals, such as Peter, I believe that it is important to acknowledge their performance.
