I had the friendliest most efficient service with BMW clearwater today. From Adele who made my booking to the person who came to my car and walked me in to the lady who kept me updated on the progress. I will definitely take my car to this branch again... such an organised friendly service is not experienced everyday, Im really amazed.
On Tuesday, 2nd September 2014 on a trip from Knysna where I live to Cape Town, the alternator of my 5 Series BMW decided to stop working . . . This happened just outside Swellendam and I managed to arrange for the AA to deliver my car to the BMW dealership in Worcester for repairs. The spare part was ordered from Johannesburg and I arranged to collect my car on Thursday, 4th September. When I arrived on the 4th, the part had not been delivered yet as the courier was running late. The long and the short of it is that a driver was sent to Cape Town specially to collect the part for my car. He arrived at about 19h30 and only then was the repair work possible. I wish to express my deepest appreciation for the service and the hospitality I received while waiting - especially from Christine in reception and Mr Clement Schwartz who attended to the actual repair work. This was completed at 20h15 that evening. It is seldom that I have received such service - and above all, such willingness to stay late and help me get on my eventual way. In fact, I would say it's probably a unique experience. Thank you Christine and Clement - I have, and will continue, to spread the word. It is an unusual experience these days and most welcome when it happens.
