The company deducted by accident the same amount twice for an item I ordered. Although I was right, I phoned customer service expecting long and drawn out communication to get my money back. In fact I phoned Takealot already last week and spoke to an customer assistant called Marissa who never e-mailed me back as she promised. But yesterday afternoon I was positively surprised when a Takealot customer assistant called Wendy Mobo took my call. She processed my request while I was on the phone with her and in a matter of seconds I received the required e-mail. The very same afternoon I already received a notification that the amount was paid into my account. Thank you Wendy Mobo! Your company should be proud of your work ethic.
