I called UIF in PTA trying to sort out my payments for my maid. They answered within 2 minutes, the customer care agent I spoke to was so knowledgeable, helpful, guided me through all processes and procedures, and explained everything in great detail. They have a fantastic system much like eFiling but for UIF which I never knew about. Made me think twice about how much people (Including myself) moan about government inadequacies.
