I would just like to thank you both for the manner in which you handled our insurance claim following our unpleasant experience! It has made the whole ordeal just that little bit easier to deal with, not having to justify what we have lost! In the bigger scheme of things as I said from the start, the most important things in life, my family, where all intact and that is what counted the most. It does however help to know that the little things like bags and shoes and pen knives etc. do get replaced! (MUA have already paid me the agreed amount.) The Jeweller has contacted me and I will set up a time to go and see them to start the process of replacing the lost jewellery.
