Good day, It is not always easy for a person to deal with conflict, especially when the perception of the person on the other side is negative. I had the fortune in dealing with Mpho after my efforts to contact your office on numerous occasions failed due to connectivity issues. The result and action was for me to drive to one of your stores (Greenstone) for assistance. I only deal with TWT in Greenstone due to the high quality of service and attention to detail, they have guided me on numerous occasions and are always willing to assist me. Whilst trying to reach the call centre the first few attempts failed, this did not prevent them to continue trying to support me as a client. This is the service that I have grown to appreciate from them. I was eventually connected with Mpho, friendly and willing to listen and assist me with my query. I was satisfied with her assistance and thanked her for her service. Mpho went the extra mile with a follow up email to confirm her follow up with the technical team and my query.
